Emergencies

We always put time aside during the day for patients with dental problems. If you contact us as soon as you can we will try our best to see you the same day.

In the event of a dental emergency out of our normal working hours, please select one of the following options:

1.Registered Dental Maintenance Plan patients and private patients (patients who have attended in the last 24 months.) should ring 02920 483483.  An emergency mobile phone number will be mentioned in the recording. In the event that the surgery needs to be re opened, patients will be charged £200.00 with normal fees thereafter. 

You will be pleased to know that Stephen and James provide the emergency cover for the practice. So you will be seen by a familiar face in familiar surroundings!

2.Patients not registered at the practice should call the CAVUHB emergency dental helpline number 0300 10 20 247.
